2 Weeks and 2 days
I cannot believe it has already been two weeks! Where does the time go? I feel like there are just not enough hours in the day. Between feedings, changings, feedings, dressings, feedings, tantrums, and feedings (I seriously feel like a cow), I just have no time left. Craig and I are trying to get used to our sleepless nights... but we're loving every day we have with our princess! There are a few things we need to remember...
2 week Stats: 8 lb 7 oz, 21 in.
1. Dr. Kaddu says "She is bigger than what is expected"- (she's a good eater)
2. She's had 2 super good nights... and 14 really bad ones
3. She smiles in her sleep
4. We have tried Mylicon, Gripe water, and acidophalus for her colic
5. She's an angel during the day
6. I have developed Dequervain's Syndrome (Which means I can barely move my wrists...
which means I can barely pick up Eliza...
which is KILLING me!
7. We had the "Big Birthday Bash" for all the August birthdays in our family
8. Her belly-button cord took 14 days to fall off- she finally got her first bath!!!
9. She only sleeps on her side or her belly- she hates her back
10. She burps like a grown man... it's pretty amazing
We are so in love with her little noises and her funny faces- along with everything else she brings into our lives.
