Grandma Facer
The day before Thanksgiving my mom and I went to see my Grandma Facer.
She is the cutest- but has no idea what is going on anymore. She hasn't recognized me in years. She doesn't talk anymore so it's pretty hard for me to go see her like that. My mom said "Grandma- do you remember who this is? This is Britta." Usually we get nothing- but she looked up at me and got the biggest (toothless) smile on her face and completely lit up. I cried. She finally recognized who I was. It was amazing.

Thanks for coming up and playing in the snow with us. We loved every minute of it.
Hope we get to see you for Christmas. I miss my girl!
